City Big Gal ODUNOLA OMOLE In Multiple Debts

-Abandons Home, Car Impounded

One of the big girls in the Lagos social scene and the boss of Oyldrups Limited, Odunola Ogundipe Omole is in financial trouble and has been running from her creditors according to sources.

Odunola, a happening babe in town, is a very close friend of Layo Akinruntan, daughter of Obat Petroleum boss. She is also in the company of the popular actress, Monalisa Chinda who happens to be her good friend.

Odunola according to sources has abandoned her Magodo residence and the place has been under locks following series of debts.

According to information reaching Top News, this lady collected money from her friend under the pretence that there was an oil business. And the victim who believed since Odunola is into oil & gas business fell for it and cough out N500, 000 only for her not to pick her creditor’s calls again.

While that was going on, Odunola also has a case at Adekunle Police Station which also involves a dud cheque. According to a source, it was the landlord of her Simpson Street, Ebute Metta based office that secured her bail.

However, she was not lucky with another case at the Lagos State Police Command as another creditor was able to have her Honda Civic Car, one of the recent models, impounded by the o/c Squad.

The dark complexioned lady, we gathered, was also a guest of the Special Fraud Unit at Milverton, Ikoyi on August 18th.

It was while that was yet to simmer down that another creditor was said to have created an unpleasant scene at her office on September 8. The reason? The person alleged that Odunola gave a dud Zenith Bank cheque of N200, 000. It was neighbours that pacified the lady.

Those who know Odunola claimed that her highflying nature is responsible for her numerous debts. In fact, some say she sometimes shop for designer outfits at Westfield in England despite the fact that her income can hardly accommodate her expenses.

Unconfirmed report has it that her party freak nature and other excesses made her UK based husband, Gbenga Omole abandoned her and return to his first wife abroad.

Before her present predicament, it will be recalled that she was accused of collapsing the marriage of one of the pastors of Redeemed Christian Church with its parish at Magodo.

Top News decided to put a call through to the lady via her Zain mobile number in a polite manner on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at about 11: 25am for her to clear the air on these allegations but rather than defend herself, she shouted, saying “why are you calling me, who is the person that gave you the story? Leave me alone” then she cut the phone on the reporter.
