about uche okagbue. Her mum's the last wife of late HRH ofala okechukwu okagbue, the late Obi of Onitsha who was succeeded by HRH Nnaemeka Fred Achebe. Her mum's form Ogidi. She was at FGGC , Onitsha for a year before she tranferred to Lagos. we were actually in the same class-and we fought a lot .lol. she studied applied linguistics with a concentration in frnech and spanish in UI if i'm not mistaken. I dont know much about her personal life and i refuse to make up stuff just to tarnsih her image.

Besides the obvious error in the cardiology reference, she also claims she studied "Pre-Med" at Brown. Pre-Med is NOT a major at Brown or in most schools. It's just a track. You have to major in something like Biology or Chemistry, even if you're on the pre-med track. This Onitsha market woman is a bloody liar!!!! Oh and physical sciences? lol...u really are forming. Its Health Sciences. Physical Sciences has to do with nature, ecology, space, study of the universe etc. Study of medicine is known as Health Sciences here.

ReplyDeleteHow many aristos are so generous to give 20,000pounds (5 million naira) to a girl and the same girl will use it to go to school. Any girl who has that much game(diamond toto)will invest it in some business in 9ja rather than go to school.
2NDLY if you know Nigerian students in uk then you will know a lot of them work their butts off earning a minimum of 6pounds an hour, some as much as 9 pounds which easily pays for accomodation and feeding with something left over.
A lot of Nigerian students get scholarship&/bursary which cuts their fees up to 50% (yes we are that intelligent its the nigerian educational system that doesnt let us shine.)
Asides from that Nigerian students have loads of tricks.
A group of friends can find jobs in different factories and help each other sign in with electronic id's. One person will go to one factory and clock in for the others. What that means is a nigerian student will earn 6pounds in 3 places per hour which is 18 pounds per hour x 8 hrs(a shift) = 144 pounds in one day.
Some students are not that gutsy, so they go another route.
They approach other students who dont want to work and ask them to simply register for jobs with agencies. Whenever the agency sends the registered student to work somewhere, they go instead. That way they earn extra money during term time without going over 20hrs per week and they pay the registered student 50 pounds.
There are several ways nigerian students (guys and girls) make money legitimately and otherwise so they dont need to do aristo!
