Photo: Aluu 4 Murdered Victims! Ugonna shopping while on a visit to US
This is a picture of Ugonna shopping while on a visit to the US few years ago. Ugonna was one of the students killed in Aluu village and was called a thief.
all 4 boys were so young , full of life and had so much to live for... it sad how their dreams have been cut such so senselessly and brutally ... My heart and prayers goes out to their family , especially their mothers . No one should ever bury their child in such a manner.
So sad to hear abt the boys however we need to all undstd dt because the guy has bn to yankee, jand or whereva does not automatically mean he cnt steal!
Am sure u believe they stole, its so obvious!!! So shall it be in ur family. Difference btwn Lib n ladun.linda wouldn't have posted such stupid comment. Even if they stole nko? R we God to judge? Its so obvious that there's more to the story than wot they're feeding us...
This is what I've been saying. The thief angle doesn't make too much sense.
How can 5 pple go on a mission, to a local community to steal laptop and phone. These boys are students, there's a higher chance of finding those items to steal within their school.
How much could they possibly get for laptop and phone? Split 5 ways what would each of them get? These are not hungry boys. So if they would steal it wouldn't be for petty change they probably get as pocket money.
hmmm..just a wasted life ..i never blieve those clean guys could descend so low into stealing,i even went into their fb pages ,,u could see they were likeable self respected guys who has a good upbringing..and working very hard to achieve good thing in life ..but the lord knows best..mothers pls whatever u do always remember all ur children in ur daily, every minutes prayers.
Right! There goes 4 innocent souls! The moment I saw this boy's photo, I said to myself, it's impossible that such a handsome clean decent looking boy will steal anything! For the life of me, I can't fucking believe they did this to someone's baby! A woman's son - 9months of womanhood down the drain just like that
Maxi dear, dont b so short-sighted!!! Clean or no clean, anybody cn steal. I dont beleive the boys stole because there is no evidence not because they are clean and/or travel abroad.
@maximus so clean, handsome decent looking boys don't steal? i would have expected this view from an individual who has not been outside nigeria, you being an american resident where you have a surplus of clean handsome decent looking males in different maximum security prisons
see our life, innocent guys killed all for nothing I'm not sure what the law is on jungle justice but for these guys death not to be for nothing i think its high time the federal lawmakers makes lynching /jungle justice a serious offence punishable by mandatory custodial sentence of at least 10-15yrs
@lucabracee....Maximus wasn't generalising in terms of how nicely dressed some robbers could be. She's making reference particularly to this picture. Any one who comes across this picture would know that this boy was innocent and couldn't av condescended so low to steal laptops and phones. It isn't rocket science at all.
All these pictures of the boys looking so clean miss the point! Irrespective of whether they were the ugliest, dirtiest, poorest lowlives they did not deserve to have been killed by a rabid braying pack of wolves all in the name of some warped sense of jungle justice. The crowd turned themselves into accuser, prosecutor, judge, jury and executioner! Citizens irrespective of the situation should stop taking the laws into their hands.
I pray sincerely that at the end of it all, these ones would not have died in vain. That something positive will somehow come out of this sorry mess. RIP Aluu4
My goodness! This is extremely terrible, disheartening, sad and unjust! UNJUST! My soul weeps but I can only pray that God gives their families and friends the grace to forgive, the strength to bear the loss and the heart to forge ahead!
Rest in perfect peace beautiful sons of God! We mourn you
Anonymous 14:01 Shut your dirty stinking gutter mouth shut!! How are you better than the Aluu people? Where is your evidence that they are cultists? It is people like you that will pass judgement on people without solid evidence. You & the Aluu chief will make a nice pair.
@Adele thanks jor. U made sense.
@Topic- whether Ugonna went shopping in America or Aba, that counts for nothing! #Justice4Aluu4
Don't even say they didnt steal the phone, even if they have stolen the phones which is not true.
Is it enough to kill this young and talented boys? Even if they stole the laptops, is it enough to boo them, beat them and kill them. Is blackberry equal to their lives? Oo God, even as this tears roll down my eyes, may everything that cause people to breath sieze from the lives of anybody involve in this killings, be it the people who watched on, the recorder, the killers and the organiser of this evil, may they know shame and sorrow, may the blood of this young boy hunt them and may all their brothers, sisters, parent and beyond die violently
I ask again: where is d outrage for d mubi students??? I guess they don't deserve this much coverage cos they are not good looking dudes who go shopping in USA . Nigerians u are on a very long thing. Remember cynthia' s outrage?what did wumi get? Justice for all victims
@Luca, Yes! I stand by what I said! Do you have the slightest idea how many clean looking 'brodas' here in the States, are languishing in jail 'cos of racial profiling and crimes they didn't commit? Ugonna looked nothing like a thief! Cultist? Maybe! Seeing that a lotta people his age would join bad gangs outta curiosity sake.
These boys were murdered in cold blood like animals for a crime they did not commit!
what amaze me is that with all the communcation means in Nigeria non of the people could call for aids but they video coverage the incident and uploads it on internet, people are very wicked...Oh Lord have mercy on Nigerians
Even if dey were cultists or thiefs or whatever, dey certainly don't deserve to die is such a manner. This is the highest point of wickedness a human can subject another human to. What about their parents especially their mothers? If those killers walk on this earth as free men, then certainly, there is no law in the world again.
Aluu is all around us. who told you they are cultist . You just assume and then give things a label its not , yet we think the problem is in ALUU. A friend of mine a previous Cultist told me on saturday that he can say 100% SURE that these guys are not cultist , that we will see the true story come out . he said that if they were really cultist , then what happened could never have occurred, especially in a time of cellphone. Within minutues various Cults guys would have appeared and protect their own. Cult is bad and i am in no support, but that one of their foundation is to protect each other.... If a former Cult Lord can say confidently that these guys are not cultist then who are we to give them that label. (if they were , would ALUU resident have the liver to murder in broad day light)This was an unfortunate event but they are not cultist and shouldnt be called one. GET yOUR FACT RIGHTS.
It is very obvious to even the blind that this young man was innocent, because those damned villagers cannot even get there story right, one minute they are thieves the next they are armed robbers then they are cultist , please , where is the person who raised the alarm can he/she come out and tell us what exactly happened, those ignorant fustrated mobs just took out their frustrations on those innocent souls, a boy that his father has enough money to fly him to America for holiday does not need to steal a poxy mobile phone or laptop, I am on the side of the story that the person who alleged they were thieves was in fact in indebted to those young men and when they seized his belongs for their money like most of us would do in that position, him and his stupid neighbour raised a false alarm. And for teh story of oh the boys did not get their stories right or their stories did not match when questioned by the moron who they have as a village leader, my question is when a mob as fustrated and blood thirsty like the one that held those boys hold you come and judge how you could or could not tell a straight story, those boy swere starring death in the face and you expect they were thinking straight. Rubish. May that boy and girl who raised the false alarm and then stood there and watched this barbaric act never know peace in their life, hell awaits them unless they repent and go to the parents of those innocent boys and plead for forgiveness and clear the good names of peoples decent children...Rubish

@anon 14;36 you r right and i must confess we r all guilty of this but the only explanation i could offer is that some issues just manage to strike a chord than others sadly....this aluu 4 struck a chord in me like nothing else has ever, besides when you consider it the way everything happened it could have been anyone of us...i schooled in a uni living amidst indigenes for like a year before i left to school abroad and incidents like these especially when we r broke occurred to think i could have easily ended up like one of them if things had gotten out of hand is frightening to say the least
@cantrembrmyname I'm just a bit sceptical that the only person who seems to have the clout to make a change who has spoken out concerning this issue (sen david mark) did not say anything along those lines..lets see if he and his colleagues will after the whole budget brouha ha
Please parents on ladun's blog, if you can afford it, send your children abroad(uk/usa/australia/canada) to study. Atleast you get the justice you deserve if they get involved in any mishap. A revolution needs to occur before the country NIGERIA becomes sane! And I pray it happens fast especially for the less priviledged .. The thought of the boys being attended to in heaven by angels makes me smile ..
This is so sad, i have been crying my eyes out!! this can actually happen to anybody. How can people be so wicked and heartless. I blame everyone present at that scene , they should have called for help instead of watching and recording such a horrific sight.
Just can't seem to get their names on FBk .i typed their names and surname ,nothing.cos I still don't understand aw and why these boys were cut off in their prime.and d story is so confusing.if they were caught robbing in d midnite aw come they were paraded and killed in d day?where we're they all thru d nite?omo mehn!pple wicked o
Clean, ugly, fat, thin, poor, rich, tall short I do not give an effing sh*t!!!!. No one; no one deserves this at all. I am so broken. I will never be the same again. I Have lost faith in Nigeria and will never take my children there. Why? Why?? Why??? No one as answered that question? These were just kids oooo. Ewo! This pain is too much!
@maxi I fink every1 felt the same way about the pic the boy is too clean to be accused of such...am not saying robbers shud be ugly n all buh this guys pic speaks a thousand words
I can't get over this pain. My heart bleeds for ugo and the others. They did not deserve to die like that. I have not been myself since I saw their pictures and the video. Oh this is so sad. I believe they were innocent. May God help us in this country
cant stop crying why dint someone stop dem animals call d police do something.... oh no why why why this i s so disheartening i feel so sorry for dir parents .jungle justice is barbaric dey must not go unpunished i hope Nigerian authorities will bring those Responsible to justice . my heart felt condolence to their parents
If they are cultist then you are one too ........ Only a cult member knows another member . why are you following people to spread lies and not the truth. They first said they were theives , now that is so obvious if not where are the stolen goods, you want to call them cultist .
The 4guys are not cultist or thieves . GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT and spread only the truth. Rest in peace
I think the point is from their backgrounds, stealing from villagers makes absolutely no sense. What could the villagers possibly have that these young boys did not already own? I just don't get it!! Who filmed this barbaric act and what did they hope to achieve by circulating it on the internet? my heart truly bleeds for these young boys....words fail me.
Aaluu community needs spiritual cleansing , the innocent blood shed will forever hunt the people of the community and all those who were there when the evil was on and fail to do something either by calling the police or raising a help one way or the other , let all the spiritual men and women begin a fasting and rigorous prayers for the cleansing of aaluu community
its funny i am still yet to hear the student union govt representative in the university's stance on this issue.. we can blame the indigenes but don't forget that these guys were beaten for several hours before being set ablaze..why didn't the student union rush there and actually do something? it would have been easy for them to mobilise some students and rush to the scene they would have stopped the cold blooded executions.
accounts we read shows two of the parents rushed down to the venue of the incident but met them already dead..the student union govt/student representatives were in the same town yet parents in a different town got there before them..
we are quick to talk about change, blame politicians the wealthy e.t.c and hold them accountable but i believe while the students are calling for justice they should equally hold their student union government accountable..
their job is not to collect bribes and mobilise student votes for politicians, their primary assignment is to look out for students, and if they can't do so then they should be held accountable..
maybe i am being biased because i didn't attend higher institution in nigeria but i have seen the students union govt at work during my uni days they don't care if you are black or white, male or female if you have any grouse with the school or anyone at all they will step in and do all in their power....before holding the older generation accountable maybe we should really examine ourselves
God bless u 4dis comment!its annoying to tink dat the students demonstrating cld hav come 2gether to stop d mob dat killed deir colleagues!is putting up RIP emotional statements better or easier to do?
This unfortunate event happened quickly. I trust that no SU of a Nigerian University will hear that students were being killed and turn the other away. It was early morning and it took some time before non Aluu indigenes found out what was happening and by the time they could break the Aluu barricade, the deed had been done
I'm certain no Uniport student was part of the spectator.
And our beloved oga Jonah has been silent in all this.is flood relief more important than this chaos?realeasing budget so him n his cohorts can tif tif more ryt?
Every dick and Tom knows that these boys were just killed out of wickedness, Aluu or whatever is their name should know how best to cleanse their land, especially those of them who participated in the wicked killing because the blood of these boys will definitely disturb their land, maybe that is why nothing is moving well in nigeria too many innocent blood have been shed, when other country are moving forward we are going backward, today Nigerians run to Ghana to study imagine Ghana of all places, sports we are gone, no light, no job, churches every where yet there is so much wickedness, I dont know how much a human life is worth in Nigeria, the worst is that the youths who are suppose to make a change are all doing the same killing their fellow youths, if its not Boko haram today, It will be flood tomorrow, or Aluu Community everywhere bad news, God for how long are you going to forsake us, Please my people let us sincerely ask for forgiveness and change our evil ways. if the government is not doing well Must we all be bad? Na waooo
@Lucas Thats what is so strange about this case.....where the hell was the student union. I finished from UI 10 years ago and wonder if this rubbish could have happened in UI. I dont think so , NEVER . These guys were paraded for hours , why did students rush and put an end to it . why were lecturers not called and they too could have put an end to this. Even the police were called and nothing happened. This is not the Nigeria i used to know, Nobody cares anymore. No value for life no fear of the Giver of LIFE God. we are so clouded by material things that have no meaning in life. Are we now saying Blackberry and Laptop are equivalent to a Life. where are our priorities. Very misplaced. You even see it in comments where someone is focusing on whether he had blackberry in primary school . Is that relevant . The whole thing is very disturbing
Honestly their death was too too violent. It is an abomination to kill and then to kill in this longwinded manner!
One thing is to be stripped and beaten up, another thing is to be beaten to such an excess that they were not even recognisable, then to break their limbs and open their skull? all this before setting them on fire ALIVE! They were alive while in flames as i heard them groan in pain as the crowd were jubilating and saying 'die! die! die!' gosh!!!
Those watching did not even know the teenagers, say less know what crimes they committed that they give their approval to this kind of punishment! too bad!
Thank God for the ones who had cameras and videos though, they are valuable evidence today and necessary to create the awareness of extra judicial killings. :(
@ anonymous 15:40, their names on Facebook are tekena elkanah, tipsy obz, Lloyd michael, . I've searched for chiadikaobi biringa but can't find him o.Maybe he used an alias like Ugonna(tipsy obz). May their souls rest in peace:)
Lord have mercy. An only child and all 4 lives wasted by those God has forsaken. All that happened boils down to jealousy by a wretched soul who owed and didn't want to pay. Instead he or she watched as innocent lives were snuffed out. But God is a merciful God and not human , cause how will their families forgive and forget. My heart goes to the mothers and I hope it is not true that Ugonna'smum passed on already. Wicked wicked souls, all watching 4 young men with bright prospects killed. Even rats, cats, dogs, name it are handled and treated with respect in civilized worlds. God have mercy on Nigeria. I have never been so so sad. What are those in Abuja doing and Amechi. Is everything about money and power?
@Onyinye Chidiaka uses his nickname Alladin on FB. Funny he was the first I found on FB when the sad news broke out on Friday. You will see pictures of his mum he posted barely a week to his death.
@anon20;57 if you check the accounts on other blogs...one of the parents were called by an eye witness that their son was being lynched, they left their town and drove down to the scene after getting lost several times and they still met some crowd there but the boy was already dead..now the student union and student representative would have been living in the same aluu town right? where were they the first 1 hour? then 2nd and 3rd hours? until those boys were burnt
it doesn't take more than 30minutes to mobilise 20-30 students including 2 or 3 student union reps to rush to the scene...meanwhile blackberry is there to inform others to meet them at the scene
@anon17;04 I'm telling you the attitude of the student union is still what I'm struggling to come to terms with...when i was in uni here i was the vice president of the afro carribean society its like an organisation which has branches in every university in the united kingdom under the student union, apart from acs there are like 40 or more other organisations under the university student union govt and in spite of the fact that we are just one of several others they gave allocated money for us,we liaised directly with a senior member of the student union and we could call her at any hour of the day and she will promptly respond without complaints...
i remember a nigerian mature student in his 5th year engineering who couldn't meet up with his tuition fees for final year and the university were going to stop him from taking th exams, the student union stepped in and faced the uni...just for one african man o come and see how oyinbo were fighting for him till the university allowed the man.......
aluuu community murdered the students, but the student union student representatives were asleep on duty and not alive to their primary responsibility
So people can actually stand... take pictures... created videos and post on youtube and no one could actually stand up and say no to the act! How would you subject the general public, the families and friends of these children. its a SHAME!! SHAME ON THE ONLOOKERS.. SHAME ON THE MUDERERS.. SHAME ON THE GOVERNMENT.. JOHNATHAN GOODLUCK Shame on you!! you have failed by acting like you have not noticed anything has happened!
This story still doesn't add up. I personally don't judge based on looks. Go and look at the history of shoplifting in high end retail stores in the us...I mean saks, neimans etc..rich women buy $1200 sandals and steal $45 lipstick all the time. Now I can't confirm that these boys stole anything...neither am I totally ruling out that possibility. My cousin who was a cult Bo got shot in the same uni port.,..handsome boy, from a very comfortable home. But he was in cult. He was killed in 1999 and till today, his dad, my uncle still Swears that his son was wrongly accused of being in cult. I knew his was in cult. His friends knew. His older brother in UI knew....all but his dad still denies it. Things are not always what they seem and we will never confirm the truth about this story. I just find it utterly odd that a village full of people for some reason threw common sense out of the window and took this extreme measure. All of us shouting justic for Aluu4...do you know the truth?
Basically your point is stealing should be rewarded with lynching? Murder is okay to you? Wait till a very loved one of yours becomes a victim, you won't compare the evil that happened in Aluu to shoplifters at saks and barneys. Smh
no wander nothing good happens or come out of this kind of community ! hw unfortunate it could be , sometimes I feel like not being a Nigerian because there is basically nothing to be proud of ! the government is as heartless as the people of aluu ! i wonder !
When its time 2send senseless BB broadcasts,Nigerians come first. So are u telling me all the students BIS xpired @ dat time? No one could call fr help? Ah! Nigerians are wicked oooo.
Nigeria as a country does not deserve independence yet. I wonder why we were granted one 52yrs ago. The colonial masters should pls come and take over again. We are just too backward in this country. For the first time,I regret being a nigerian. No responsibility,no accountability in this country. Heavenly father please intervene. Ugo and his friends must not die in vein. Show your face Lord, help us now Lord. Let justice prevail. God bless Ugo, God bless Llyod,Tekena,Chiadika. Lord grant their parents especially their mothers the strength to bear this great loss Amen.
I discovered that all their facebook profile have been deleted. I wonder who did and why? On a second note I am begining to wonder if they were killed because of their songs "heart of the city" which did not potray PH in good light. Did they indict or hurt someone/some people or step on toes with that song? I just wonder why they were killed that way without help coming??
Young guys are dying evry day in this country, This Jonathan regime is too bloody for us, Its just a bad luck t our country,
Uptill nao He has said nothing to Uniport killing neither has he said any thing to Mubi Hostel killing too, May God save us from this youth killing that has now enthrone the country,
He dat kill by sword must surely die by sword.. Aluu Village, get ready for yours too

AMEN!!!!!

ReplyDeleteYes @Luca The law should be clear & stern on jungle justice. Many innocent souls have been lost in the name of jungle justice.
I am still crying people
ReplyDeleteI ask again: where is d outrage for d mubi students??? I guess they don't deserve this much coverage cos they are not good looking dudes who go shopping in USA .
ReplyDeleteNigerians u are on a very long thing.
ReplyDeleteThese boys were murdered in cold blood like animals for a crime they did not commit!
Even you can kill animal like that. Thank you God bless u because if they were cult member Aluu community would have been history.
Deletewhat amaze me is that with all the communcation means in Nigeria non of the people could call for aids but they video coverage the incident and uploads it on internet, people are very wicked...Oh Lord have mercy on Nigerians
ReplyDeleteEven if dey were cultists or thiefs or whatever, dey certainly don't deserve to die is such a manner. This is the highest point of wickedness a human can subject another human to. What about their parents especially their mothers? If those killers walk on this earth as free men, then certainly, there is no law in the world again.
ReplyDeleteAluu is all around us. who told you they are cultist . You just assume and then give things a label its not , yet we think the problem is in ALUU.
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine a previous Cultist told me on saturday that he can say 100% SURE that these guys are not cultist , that we will see the true story come out . he said that if they were really cultist , then what happened could never have occurred, especially in a time of cellphone.

ReplyDelete@adele
ReplyDeleteyou made perfect sense!
My heart is sooo heavy. I hope I'd get over this.
ReplyDelete@anon 14;36
ReplyDeleteyou r right and i must confess we r all guilty of this but the only explanation i could offer is that some issues just manage to strike a chord than others sadly....this aluu 4 struck a chord in me like nothing else has ever, besides when you consider it the way everything happened it could have been anyone of us...i schooled in a uni living amidst indigenes for like a year before i left to school abroad and incidents like these especially when we r broke occurred to think i could have easily ended up like one of them if things had gotten out of hand is frightening to say the least
@cantrembrmyname
ReplyDeleteI'm just a bit sceptical that the only person who seems to have the clout to make a change who has spoken out concerning this issue (sen david mark) did not say anything along those lines..lets see if he and his colleagues will after the whole budget brouha ha
ReplyDeleteThis is so sad, i have been crying my eyes out!! this can actually happen to anybody. How can people be so wicked and heartless. I blame everyone present at that scene , they should have called for help instead of watching and recording such a horrific sight.
ReplyDeleteJust can't seem to get their names on FBk .i typed their names and surname ,nothing.cos I still don't understand aw and why these boys were cut off in their prime.and d story is so confusing.if they were caught robbing in d midnite aw come they were paraded and killed in d day?where we're they all thru d nite?omo mehn!pple wicked o
ReplyDeleteTheir names on fb : Aladin Chiadika Biringa, Tekana Elkanah, Tipsy Obz, Lloyd Micheal.
DeleteClean, ugly, fat, thin, poor, rich, tall short I do not give an effing sh*t!!!!. No one; no one deserves this at all. I am so broken. I will never be the same again. I Have lost faith in Nigeria and will never take my children there. Why? Why?? Why??? No one as answered that question? These were just kids oooo. Ewo! This pain is too much!
ReplyDelete@maxi I fink every1 felt the same way about the pic the boy is too clean to be accused of such...am not saying robbers shud be ugly n all buh this guys pic speaks a thousand words
ReplyDeleteI can't get over this pain. My heart bleeds for ugo and the others. They did not deserve to die like that. I have not been myself since I saw their pictures and the video. Oh this is so sad. I believe they were innocent. May God help us in this country
ReplyDeleteMissing u Lloyd and d fantastic 4, may ur soul rest in peace and may ur blood cry for vengeance in aluu community. Sobs
ReplyDeletecant stop crying why dint someone stop dem animals call d police do something.... oh no why why why this i s so disheartening i feel so sorry for dir parents .jungle justice is barbaric dey must not go unpunished i hope Nigerian authorities will bring those Responsible to justice . my heart felt condolence to their parents
ReplyDeleteIf they are cultist then you are one too ........ Only a cult member knows another member . why are you following people to spread lies and not the truth. They first said they were theives , now that is so obvious if not where are the stolen goods, you want to call them cultist .
ReplyDeleteThe 4guys are not cultist or thieves .
ReplyDeleteAaluu community needs spiritual cleansing , the innocent blood shed will forever hunt the people of the community and all those who were there when the evil was on and fail to do something either by calling the police or raising a help one way or the other , let all the spiritual men and women begin a fasting and rigorous prayers for the cleansing of aaluu community
ReplyDeleteAh ah Ladun where's my comment? So I wasted my time typing for you not to post? I cant even remember what I typed - no strength to type all over again
ReplyDelete*grumbling*
its funny i am still yet to hear the student union govt representative in the university's stance on this issue..
ReplyDeletewe can blame the indigenes but don't forget that these guys were beaten for several hours before being set ablaze..why didn't the student union rush there and actually do something? it would have been easy for them to mobilise some students and rush to the scene they would have stopped the cold blooded executions.
accounts we read shows two of the parents rushed down to the venue of the incident but met them already dead..the student union govt/student representatives were in the same town yet parents in a different town got there before them..
we are quick to talk about change, blame politicians the wealthy e.t.c and hold them accountable but i believe while the students are calling for justice they should equally hold their student union government accountable..
their job is not to collect bribes and mobilise student votes for politicians, their primary assignment is to look out for students, and if they can't do so then they should be held accountable..
maybe i am being biased because i didn't attend higher institution in nigeria but i have seen the students union govt at work during my uni days they don't care if you are black or white, male or female if you have any grouse with the school or anyone at all they will step in and do all in their power....before holding the older generation accountable maybe we should really examine ourselves
God bless u 4dis comment!its annoying to tink dat the students demonstrating cld hav come 2gether to stop d mob dat killed deir colleagues!is putting up RIP emotional statements better or easier to do?
DeleteThis unfortunate event happened quickly. I trust that no SU of a Nigerian University will hear that students were being killed and turn the other away. It was early morning and it took some time before non Aluu indigenes found out what was happening and by the time they could break the Aluu barricade, the deed had been done
DeleteI'm certain no Uniport student was part of the spectator.
This has never happened before so the students had no reason to believe the Evil people of Aluu would go that far
DeleteAnd our beloved oga Jonah has been silent in all this.is flood relief more important than this chaos?realeasing budget so him n his cohorts can tif tif more ryt?
ReplyDeleteEvery dick and Tom knows that these boys were just killed out of wickedness, Aluu or whatever is their name should know how best to cleanse their land, especially those of them who participated in the wicked killing because the blood of these boys will definitely disturb their land, maybe that is why nothing is moving well in nigeria too many innocent blood have been shed, when other country are moving forward we are going backward, today Nigerians run to Ghana to study imagine Ghana of all places, sports we are gone, no light, no job, churches every where yet there is so much wickedness, I dont know how much a human life is worth in Nigeria, the worst is that the youths who are suppose to make a change are all doing the same killing their fellow youths, if its not Boko haram today, It will be flood tomorrow, or Aluu Community everywhere bad news, God for how long are you going to forsake us, Please my people let us sincerely ask for forgiveness and change our evil ways. if the government is not doing well Must we all be bad? Na waooo
ReplyDelete@Lucas Thats what is so strange about this case.....where the hell was the student union.
ReplyDeleteHonestly their death was too too violent. It is an abomination to kill and then to kill in this longwinded manner!
ReplyDeleteOne thing is to be stripped and beaten up, another thing is to be beaten to such an excess that they were not even recognisable, then to break their limbs and open their skull? all this before setting them on fire ALIVE!
God have mercy.God comfort their survivors!
@ anonymous 15:40, their names on Facebook are tekena elkanah, tipsy obz, Lloyd michael, . I've searched for chiadikaobi biringa but can't find him o.Maybe he used an alias like Ugonna(tipsy obz).
ReplyDeleteMay their souls rest in peace:)
His name on fb is Aladin Chiadika Biringa
DeleteLord have mercy.
ReplyDeleteGod s watchg us all!
ReplyDelete@Onyinye
ReplyDeleteChidiaka uses his nickname Alladin on FB. Funny he was the first I found on FB when the sad news broke out on Friday. You will see pictures of his mum he posted barely a week to his death.
@luca- I hope so too.
@anon20;57
ReplyDeleteif you check the accounts on other blogs...one of the parents were called by an eye witness that their son was being lynched, they left their town and drove down to the scene after getting lost several times and they still met some crowd there but the boy was already dead..now the student union and student representative would have been living in the same aluu town right?
where were they the first 1 hour? then 2nd and 3rd hours? until those boys were burnt
it doesn't take more than 30minutes to mobilise 20-30 students including 2 or 3 student union reps to rush to the scene...meanwhile blackberry is there to inform others to meet them at the scene
@anon17;04
ReplyDeleteI'm telling you the attitude of the student union is still what I'm struggling to come to terms with...when i was in uni here i was the vice president of the afro carribean society its like an organisation which has branches in every university in the united kingdom under the student union, apart from acs there are like 40 or more other organisations under the university student union govt and in spite of the fact that we are just one of several others they gave allocated money for us,we liaised directly with a senior member of the student union and we could call her at any hour of the day and she will promptly respond without complaints...
i remember a nigerian mature student in his 5th year engineering who couldn't meet up with his tuition fees for final year and the university were going to stop him from taking th exams, the student union stepped in and faced the uni...just for one african man o come and see how oyinbo were fighting for him till the university allowed the man.......
aluuu community murdered the students, but the student union student representatives were asleep on duty and not alive to their primary responsibility
This is the most wicked act. thats just the problem with Nigeria. I believe the youths in that village were possessed!
ReplyDeleteSo people can actually stand... take pictures... created videos and post on youtube and no one could actually stand up and say no to the act! How would you subject the general public, the families and friends of these children.
ReplyDeleteits a SHAME!!
ReplyDeleteBasically your point is stealing should be rewarded with lynching? Murder is okay to you? Wait till a very loved one of yours becomes a victim, you won't compare the evil that happened in Aluu to shoplifters at saks and barneys. Smh
Deleteno wander nothing good happens or come out of this kind of community ! hw unfortunate it could be , sometimes I feel like not being a Nigerian because there is basically nothing to be proud of ! the government is as heartless as the people of aluu ! i wonder !
Delete06:13 you are a waste product !
DeleteWhen its time 2send senseless BB broadcasts,Nigerians come first. So are u telling me all the students BIS xpired @ dat time? No one could call fr help? Ah! Nigerians are wicked oooo.
ReplyDeleteNigeria as a country does not deserve independence yet.
ReplyDeleteanon 06:13 its a mob mentality. your point of view is something to think off. i hope no one abuses you for saying it.
ReplyDeleteI discovered that all their facebook profile have been deleted. I wonder who did and why?
ReplyDeleteOn a second note I am begining to wonder if they were killed because of their songs "heart of the city" which did not potray PH in good light. Did they indict or hurt someone/some people or step on toes with that song? I just wonder why they were killed that way without help coming??
Young guys are dying evry day in this country,
