I don't want to start a rumour so I won't say Annie Idibia is pregnant. She probably ate too much 'eba' before leaving home for the just concluded Headies Awards. She looks good as usual.

Seriously guys, the dress was unflattering yes but to say she should start working out or suggest she is pregnant is just obnoxious. Every woman no matter how skinny has that lower belly pouch because that is where the uterus is located and protected. Jeez! People are just vain and sad!
debs5002; if you can spare 20 to 30 minutes a day. Start with jogging. Jog for 5 minutes to build up your stamina then run very fast for 5 minutes, then jog, then run. I can now run a mile comfortably. trust me the tummy will go down.
I also have a bicycle and I ride my bike around the parks where i run. I eat anything even the indigestible pork that was discussed on another post. I end my day with puerh tea. It doesn't purge me, it just speeds up my metabolism.
I loathe spanx and girdles. I believe relying on them is a false illusion. For a streamlined look under dresses i just wear a bodysuit. I'm more of a push up bra person. LOL!
@neks noo correction doesn't prick me but I'm taking it in a light hearted manner cause the word you r correcting me for is not even in the dictionary neither does it mean anything at all outside of the programme ;-)
