Forget about slimming tea. Cut down on your carbohydrates. Don't eat after 6pm. Replace yam with unripe plantain. Replace eba/pounded yam/amala with eko/agidi or just take your soup. Ditch rice. Eat beans. Moimoi. Fruits. Salad. More fruits. The beauty of fruits is that they get you full and because they're sweet, the sugar makes you happy. Avoid fizzy drinks like the plague. Jog. Get your heart rate up. Or you can even skip. Skipping is a cardiovascular exercise and it helps you burn calories while keeping your heart healthy. Try this and in a month your clothes will start to get loose. Goodluck.
