From her story, it's obvious that the guy mistook for a groupie. If the intent was to rob, she was already out of her car and dude had a gun, he could have easily snatched her purse/bag, BB and whatever else she was carrying but instead he asked for money and slapped her when she wouldn't cooperate.

One thing I still would love to know was what happened immediately after. Agreed, nobody witnessed the scene but what did she do after the guy released her? Walked into the arena like nothing happened, drove off like nothing happened or what, reported/called a friend? When did the guy even release her?
