President of Nigerian Senate, David Mark, has insisted that the Bill prohibiting same sex marriage is irrevocable.
Speaking over the weekend, Mark said the Bill would be passed into law irrespective of pressures from some sections of the international community and human rights activists demanding the legalization of same sex marriage in the country. It is now a criminal offence punishable by imprisonment of not less than 14 years.
In his words: “We will not compromise on this. I want to invite you all to join the crusade of decency in our society.
“There are many good values we can copy from other societies but certainly not this one (same sex marriage).
“We have to prove to the rest of the world, who are advocates of this unnatural way that we Nigerians promote and respect sanity, morality and humanity.
“Every individual is a product of the union of a man and woman.”

A stop must come to this.

DeletePls give us deets on how u found out. I'm seriously suspecting mine, it's not like he's suddenly rich or anything. The funny thing is he's seriously homophobic, but has a "strange" friendship with some guy that he can't explain. I want to have them followed, wish there was some detective service here...
DeleteI think that is final na. Same sex marriage is not allowed in Naija.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree. Traditionally, culturally n spiritually...it is wrong n totally unacceptable.
ReplyDeleteIf u r gay whether by birth or initiation, ask God to forgive u n give u a new nature. We hv kids who exhibit hot temper from childhood, they were born that way but God changed them He can change u too.
Pls visit www.thebanquethall.blogspot.com for your daily spiritual Word of God. Start this yr with God.
Thank you Sir!!!
ReplyDelete@MzEllatyra
David mark plz kindly shut hell up, most nigerians don't give two-fucks if u legalize same sex or not, I'm sure we will be more than happy if u pass the bill that corrupt leaders should be jailed for 14 years if found guilty, n u actuall carry it out....don't come here n start yarning balls about what is right n what is wrong, legalizing same sex or not legalizing it aint gonna change a tiny thing about the economy, get ur priorities together u bloody hypocrite, nigerians are suffering n its not because of the gays you are after, its because of people like you who are definitely gonna get a special place in hell.....THE WICKEDNESS IN MEN
ReplyDeleteWhy are u so bitter?
DeleteWhen it comes 2 corruption, u write your story!!!!! But when it comes 2 sanity in d country you keep your story under your tongue!!!

ReplyDeleteWe Won't Allow Same Sex but we will allow corruption of mammoth proportion in Nigeria - David Mark
ReplyDeletesum fags here are using corrupption and other unrelated topic to cover up wat dis discussion is all abt.... Pls y'all, wen ladun posts abt corruption and old men sleeping wiv children, then u can comment and tell em how to handle it.. Buh rite now, we r talking abt homosexuality and the nid to rid it off our society, and i support d move 100%.... So, if u fags wanna insult me, go ahead.. Silence is d best ansa for a .... Fill in d blank space... Oshisco
ReplyDeleteFor the first time in my life, I'm with David Mark on this one. Rubbish. Stupid faggots will rot in hell. Very soon now na to start to dey marry goats and cows. They are 'famzing'
ReplyDeletewoe unto faggots, woe betide faggots, kill them, waste them like maggot, they are less than humans, they are not fit to live, kill the and u gonna hit the lords jackpot.
ReplyDeletelike others on here i applaud both david mark and also the anglican communion on their stance concerning this gay issue..they looked the united states and the united kingdom in the eye and said a resounding NO,every diasporian wwas proud of them on that singular issue anyone who wants to indulge in sexual aberration should go to gabon, libya, cameroon, niger republic ghana
ReplyDeleteThank God for the Church of Nigeria Anglican communion, they did it right. Can the senate just pass it into law without all the noise they are making about it? Soon na they'd be having a rethink when real pressure comes.....this is about the only thing they are doing right since I have known they exist.
DeleteMy gosh! Dis homosexuality thing tho.very disgusting and unacceptable.thank God 4 his mercies and Grace sha.if not!! God help us and I pray dese homosexuals turn 2 God and beg 4 his 4giveness against dis unholy thing..born dis way.yeah right! B deceivin urslvz wit lady gaga's lyrics instead of spendin ur tym in church!
ReplyDeleteDis is just nasty, nobody was born gay, they chose 2 b. They go ahead blaming God nd stuffs, I mean they r a product of a man nd a woman nd it's a lot nasty 2 like someone wit d same ish wit u. Sex wud b boring now, I cnt even imagine it nd God wud 4give all of dem sha...
ReplyDeleteSo much ignorance in these comments. What is your business if someone is gay? Is it your anus? Please lets focus on things that matter. The hypocrisy is outstanding. You lot are adulterers, fornicators and pedophiles and you turn around and judge other people, what 2 consenting adults decide to do behind closed doors is their business. There is so much discrimination in nigeria. If it is not religious conflict, it is gender, tribalism, homophobia.... How will this country every move forward when we keep fighting and dividing ourselves. Stupidity at its highest. So annoying.
ReplyDelete14 years wnt be enough o
